Cyrus is the founder of Patel MicroData and co-founder of Scan Microfilm. He started his career as an Industrial Trainee with Voltas, then one of India's top 20 companies ranked by sales. Subsequently he articled with S. B. Billimoria & Co, one of India's most prestigious accounting firms.

Viraf is the Chief Executive Officer of Automated Workflow Pvt Ltd, is a Management graduate from Mumbai University with a degree in economics. As a Founder Director, he was pivotal to the success of AWPL and is considered a valuable contributor to the BPM and ECM industry.

With more than 25 years of experience in ECM and BPM, Viraf is responsible for managing and directing business worldwide. Prior to this expanded role, he has managed Operations globally and business in Asia.
Viraf also collated and launched the Limca Book of Records in 1990, India's indigenous Guinness. It became the #1 hardback bestseller in India in the very first year.
